Nicola has been caring for my cats for 4 years now, and I can highly recommend her. Reliable, caring, and friendly, she takes care of your pets as if they were her own. I don’t know what I would do without her. Putting my pet in a cattery for me is out of the question, and Nicola's service is outstanding. Highly recommended!

We’ve been using Nic to walk and board our dog over the last 6 months and she has been fantastic. We wouldn’t want to leave Nasa with anyone else. Nic has given us great advice as first time dog owners and really helped settle our dog into home life. I cannot recommend her enough.

We’ve been using Nic at Highworth Per Care since our dog was a small puppy. The care and attention to him has been fantastic. Nic has been so helpful, collecting and dropping off in different places as well as feeding him and checking on his water bowl. A great service where we feel confident our dog is safe and happy. We have used Highworth Pet Care for over 4 years now. During this time they have never let us down. It means that when we go away we can be reassured that our cat is safe and well-cared for in his own home. There have been a couple of occasions when our cat has been unwell when have been away. HPC took charge in our absence, immediately took him to the vet and for follow up appointments and kept a close eye on him when we could not. It was such a relief that he was with a person he knew and who knew exactly what to do. The professionalism, care and compassion HPC have shown has been wonderful.

Just delighted to have found Highworth Pet Care! Incredibly Professional, from an initial detailed assessment of our dog to using crash-proof crates to transport him in the car, they really do think of everything. We’ve used Highworth Pet Care for occasional dog walking and also day care for our young cocker spaniel. Nic couldn’t have been more thoughtful and was very sensitive when introducing our dog to other dogs in her care. Consequently, he really enjoys his time with her/them. Nic is so knowledgeable about dogs, and really does go the extra mile – during this recent hot weather, she was very flexible and went out of her way to ensure our dog got some quality input without overheating. Highly recommended to anyone looking for very caring, professional pet care.

We had always put our cats in to a cattery when going on holiday but became increasingly aware that it was a stressful experience. After trying Highworth Pet Care for a short break we were more than happy to leave our cat at home in Nicola’s care for a week. The benefits are many; not just reduced but zero stress for the cat and reduced stress for us to. We can enjoy a holiday knowing that our cat is being looked after in her own space and that the house is being checked too, Nicola brings in the post, switches on lights and draws curtains. Her daily email updates and photographs provide complete peace of mind.
